Through the major field of study selected by the student, he/she will receive a basic knowledge of a particular field in enough depth to be successful in every entry level positions in a career and to advance successfully to increased levels of responsiblility on the job. However, it is impoosible to predict what a person will need to know for success on the job twenty years from now, but we do know that in most jobs new knowledge will have to be mastered that does not even exist today.
Therefore, it is important to learn how to learn, how to think, how to solve problems, and how to communicate effectively than it is to focus narrowly on the content. The educational program is designed to help students develop these skills.

Well, through this post you are trying to work out the foundations of management sciences, of course it has to be abstract, and I personally appreciate your content.
Your insights about the human reaction to future situation is another thing. But, I first am to mention that I agree with you. I agree, as per my knowledge, that unique situations require unique solutions. I also wish to mention that our dealings with future circumstances constitute of our knowledge of previous things. That is, to be able to learn new theories or ideas or simply to get knowledge of new things, pre-requisite is knowledge of the old ones.
Regardless of what I've reflected on, I am unable to comprehend what you've said in the following quote:

I am not getting what you have want to say proparly?
